Visitors / Contractors to enter via front office door of Unit-3 Reception area.

Ring doorbell for entry.

Sign In and Complete Induction on the Screen available in the reception area.

Do not come onsite if

• Suffering from contagious disease.
• Take appropriate measures, such as wear mask, sanitise hands, etc. to avoid spread in case of mild flu symptoms.

• Taking medicine that’s causing dizziness, drowsiness (which is affecting your abilities to perform your duties)
• Under the influence of drugs &/or alcohol.

SAFETY

• DO NOT ignore alarm. In case of emergencies, we need to evacuate from the exits (located near entry to each unit) (ALSO, Rear EXIT doors in Units 1-4) and gather in the Emergency Assembly Area,

Which is in front of the Unit-3 on the nature’s strip. Look for green sign on the fence.

• In case of accidents/injuries, please contact Operations Manager (Darrin) immediately.

While in warehouse

• Hi-vis and enclosed shoes to be worn at all times.

• Forklifts in operation at all times, be aware and cautious of your surroundings.

• Bollards & designated pathways for pedestrians.
• CCTV cameras in operation

• Do not work in warehouse with open cuts/wounds.
• First Aid kits are located in Despatch Offices in Unit-2 & 3.

• Contact First aider (Darrin) in case you need first aid.
• Handwashing & sanitising facilities are provided across site.

• Eating and Drinking (except water) is not allowed in the warehouse.

Smoke Free site – Smoking &/or Vaping is not permitted on site.

Water bottles – Only plain water bottles with non-detachable caps are allowed while working in and around warehouse.

Amenities – Kitchen and wash rooms are available near the Despatch area. Lockers are available in the kitchen to keep your personal belongings.

Rubbish needs to be placed in designated bins. Helps in implementing effective Pest Management on site.
